Green Cheeks are one of the smaller conures. They
are approximately 10 inches in length and are mainly green in color with
some reddish
mixed in their chest area. The cinnamon mutation is a beautiful cinnamon
color on their heads and chest area. These are an ideal inexpensive
birds for the first time bird owners who wants to start off with a conure
but don't want to spend to much out of the wallet. Excellent apartment
birds where quiet is needed. They do talk a little and will bond wonderfully
with their owners.
A cockatiel size cage fits them just fine. Owning one of these
birds is a joy. They can live to 20+ years.
